Your previous project is still here. Pick up where you left off?
Drop in a video, cut it into pieces, remove what you don't need and export a ready MP4. Everything runs on your own computer: the file is never uploaded, there are no watermarks, and the length is not capped.
Frequently asked questions
Is my video uploaded to a server?
No. Editing happens right in your browser: the file never leaves your computer or phone, and we never see or store it.
Will the video have a watermark?
No. The finished MP4 has no watermarks or logos and comes out at the project frame size (1080p).
Is there a limit on video length?
There's no hard limit: the finished video is written to browser storage as it's built, so even an hour-long recording gets done — it just takes longer. If there isn't enough disk space, the editor tells you up front. In incognito mode there's less room — for long videos, use a regular window.
Which files can I open?
MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV open right here. If the browser can't read a file — say, an old AVI or WMV — the editor offers to convert it to MP4 in the video converter.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes. On a phone the studio adapts to your finger: a labeled panel at the bottom, press and hold to move a piece, pinch to zoom. You need an up-to-date browser such as Chrome.
What happens to my project if I close the tab?
The project saves itself in the browser: open the editor again and it offers to pick up where you left off. To export at full quality, add the original files again.
Is it free to use?
Yes, completely free and no sign-up needed. The tool runs entirely in your browser: the file never goes to a server, so the server spends neither CPU nor traffic — there is nothing to charge for. No watermarks, no limits on file size or count.
